dislocation in cementite (polyhedral template matching)

With regard
In order to identify crystal structure and to identify dislocation in the bulk, i use the polyhedral template matching (for BCC structure). but the problem is, how can i do this procedure for cementite (orthorhombic structure)? this modifier does not identify this structure properly (as "other structures" with id==0 with fraction 13%, and most of it is identified as HCP with fraction 71%). I have no idea to separate the dislocation line from the bulk in this case. I appreciate any suggestions.

the current analysis tools of OVITO don't support more complicated structures like cementite yet. However, if you like you can upload an example file of your dislocation here so we can look into this further.
