Working with Partial RDFs
« on: January 10, 2019, 04:45:31 PM »
Dear all,

I use the latest version of ovito which is capable of calculating partial RDFs. I am asking if it is possible to remove the legend from the visual result in the pipeline? And is there a way to remove or select specific RDFs instead of showing every possible RDF? I know that I can remove what do not want by deleting the particles but the problem is that even when I keep only two particles to calculate the RDF between them, two additional RDFs are created (for each particle and itself). I really appreciate your help through this.

Dear Sahar,

it's easiest if you export the partial RDFs you calculated as textfiles and then plot them with the plotting program of your choice. Then you'll have the most control over the visual representation.
