How to use 'Color mapping to visualize local lattice orientation'
« on: September 07, 2018, 02:24:23 AM »
Dear all,
I want to color atoms with different lattice orientation, and I know the code in the website, but I do not know how to use it.
Example M3: Color mapping to visualize local lattice orientation.
So what can I do with the code.
Thank you
Shuai

Dear Shuai,

I suggest you to have a look at this section in the manual about running scripts.
In short, if you're using the GUI, simply use a Python script modifier and copy-paste the code example.
