Elastic Plastic decomposition

Hi Alex,
I have noticed a Sandia report of 2011 authored by you titled "On the elastic-plastic decomposition of crystal deformation at the atomic level".  Is this something that is implemented in Ovito?

let me first note that this research was published under the same title in the MSMSE journal:

OVITO can calculate the atomic elastic deformation gradient tensor, which is related to the approach presented in the paper. Here is the corresponding page in the user manual:

However, this analysis modifier only calculates the elastic strain at each lattice site. If you are looking for an implementation of the more sophisticated elastic and plastic strain field method discussed in the paper, you should take a look at my other code, the Crystal Analysis Tool:
